Before ordering, please carefully read these terms. By paying, you agree to these conditions.

🛡️ Payment & RefundsPayment: 100% upfront via PayPal (Invoices).
I will only start work after the full payment is received.Full refund: Only if I haven't started working on the sketch or due to unexpected issues on my side.
Partial refund (50%): If the work is already in the sketch stage.
No refund: If the artwork is in the base color stage, full render stage, or completed..
Process & Revisions
Process: I will send you major updates at each stage: Sketch -> Base Colors -> Completed Render.Revisions:
2 Free Major Revisions: At the sketch stage (e.g., changes to pose, outfit, expression). Significant structural changes after this point will incur an extra fee.
Unlimited Minor Revisions: Color adjustments are free during the base color stage.
Completed Artwork: No major revisions are allowed after the render is finished. Only minor color-grading shifts..
⏱️ Deadline & CommunicationDeadline: Turnaround time is typically 2-4 weeks from the date of payment. This may vary depending on my current commission queue and the complexity of the art. I will notify you if there are delays.Communication: I am available for updates via DM. Major revisions will only be accepted via Discord/email to keep a clear record..
🗝️ Artwork Usage RightsArtist’s Rights (Me): I retain all copyright ownership. I have the right to post the artwork to my portfolio and social media.Client’s Rights (You): The commission is for Personal/Non-Commercial use only. You may: post it to your social media (with credit), use it as an avatar/banner, or make a few personal prints (not for sale).Commercial Use: If you wish to use the art for merchandise, a book cover, branding, or promotion, Commercial Rights must be purchased separately (+2x to 3x the base price). Commercial use for NFTs is strictly forbidden..
🎁 Rush Orders
If you need the artwork within a very tight deadline (e.g., within 1 week), a Rush Fee of +50% of the total price will be added to the invoice.
